Belt Analyst Activation Email

When opening Belt Analyst, you may be prompted to enter an email address to activate your license. An email will be sent from the licensing server to confirm your address. 


If you do not receive this email, it is likely a permissions issue. Please contact your IT team to allow permissions to receive that email. 


You can check if you have the correct permissions by following these steps:


1. Locate the Belt Analyst files here:


2. Click on BAPermissionsChecker and run the file


3. When it is done running, a chart will pop up. If a red X appears on the following line, you do not have the correct permissions:


Please check with your IT to fix the issue. If you are still experiencing problems, submit a ticket for help.
