If you are trying to download Bulk Flow Analyst version 23, all previous versions of Bulk Flow Analyst must be uninstalled from the computer first.
After uninstalling all previous versions, you may download version 23. You may receive the error below when installing:
If you do receive this error, double check all previous versions are uninstalled by going to the Control Panel and searching in the Add/Remove Programs. If that is done, search for Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable:
